Chicken and Stuffing Casserole Recipe

This chicken and stuffing casserole recipe is liked by men, women, and children. Serve with cranberry sauce and a salad for lunch, or add your favorite vegetable for dinner. You may substitute cooked turkey meat in this recipe if you have it leftover and want to squeeze another hot meal out of it! I know I have, and it tasted great.

Time to Prepare: about 30 minutes
Time to Cook: 45 minutes
Servings: 8

INGREDIENTS
3 whole chicken breasts
1 can (10 1/2 ounces) cream of mushroom soup
¼ lb. butter, melted
8 oz. pkg. herb-seasoned stuffing mix
1 cup chicken broth

PREPARATION
Stew chicken breast, adding celery, onion, salt and pepper if desired, until meat falls off bones. Cube meat and mix with sour cream and soup. Put mixture in a 2-quart casserole dish. Mix together stuffing mix, butter, and broth. Spread stuffing mixture over top of chicken. Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.
