Corn and Hamburger Casserole Recipe



This hamburger casserole recipe features corn and tomato soup. I love to serve this dish with some fresh green beans and mashed pototoes.


Time to Prepare: 30-40 minutes
Time to Cook: 45 minutes
Serving: 8

INGREDIENTS
2 lb Ground beef
2 cup Noodles; cooked
1 Onion, chopped
1 cup Cheddar cheese, grated
1/4 cup Oil; vegetable
1 cup Corn kernels
2 cup Tomato soup
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Pepper
1 tbsp Ketchup

PREPARATION
Put beef, onion & oil in fry pan. Stir to break up meat till it browns. Drain off fat. Put meat mixture in bowl. Put corn, soup, salt and pepper and ketchup in bowl. Stir and mix with meat. Cook noodles, drain and combine with all ingredients. Pour into greased casserole. Sprinkle grated cheese on top. Cover & bake at 350 degrees F for 45 min. Remove cover & bake till cheese is bubbly.
