BAKE: 55 minutes
OVEN: 375°F
Makes: 4 servings

INGREDIENTS
1 10¾ -ounce can condensed cream of celery soup
1¼ cups milk
1 4½ -ounce jar (drained weight) sliced mushrooms, drained
1 tablespoon dried minced onion
2 cups diced cooked ham (10 ounces)
1 cup dried elbow macaroni
Dash black pepper
½ cup shredded American or cheddar cheese (2 ounces)

PREPARATION
1.In a lightly greased 1½-quart casserole combine soup, milk, mushrooms, and onion. Add ham, macaroni, and pepper. Mix well.
2.Bake, covered, in a 375°F oven for 30 minutes; stir well (mixture may appear curdled). Cover and bake for 20 to 30 minutes more or until macaroni is tender. Uncover; sprinkle with cheese. Bake, uncovered, for 5 minutes more.
