Is your man hungry? Give him what he wants with The Man's Ground Beef Casserole recipe. This casserole is sure to satisfy even the hungriest man. I fed this to my son's football teammates after practice and it was a real hit. It kept them full until the game the following day! With its crispy and cheesy top and layers of noodles and beef, I like to think of this recipe as the poor man’s lasagna. Go ahead, get full!

4 c. cooked noodles
2 lbs. ground beef
3 med. onions, chopped
1 can cream of mushroon soup
½ c. milk
1½ c. shredded cheese (cheddar or American)
2 tsp. salt
½ tsp. pepper
3 eggs, beaten

PREPARATION
Brown ground beef and onions. In a 3- quart casserole arrange 1/3 of noodles, then ½ of meat-onion mixture. Add soup, that has been diluted with milk, Repeat with another 1/3 noodles and remaining meat. Arrange the remaining noodles on top. Sprinkle with shredded cheese. Pour beaten eggs over cheese. Bake, uncovered, for 30-40 minutes at 350°. Top will be crisp.
