Chicken Casserole Recipe
with Rice



This classic chicken casserole recipe is an essential addition to anyone's cookbook. I know it will become one of you and your family's favorites; just give it a try and see for yourself. Make sure to save the water after you cook the chicken to use as the broth.


INGREDIENTS
4 chicken breasts, cooked and cubed
2 cups chicken broth
3/4 tsp. salt
3/4 cup uncooked rice
2 cups diced celery
1 cup mayonnaise
2 cans cream of chicken soup
3 1/2 cups crushed corn flakes
1 stick butter

PREPARATION
Cook rice and celery in chicken broth for 12 minutes. Put in 9x13 casserole pan (it will be watery). Mix chicken, mayonnaise, and soup. Put on top of rice mixture. Top with mixture of corn flakes and butter. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
