Cabbage Casserole Recipe



This cabbage casserole recipe hits the spot when you are looking for a way to get your children to enjoy this healthy vegetable. INGREDIENTS
1 Med.-lg. head cabbage
8 oz. cheddar cheese
2 cans mushroom soup
Cracker crumbs
Salt and pepper to taste

PREPARATION
Cut cabbage in slices and boil for 5 minutes. Drain well. Arrange cabbage, soup and cheese in layers (2-3 layers). Top with cracker crumbs. Bake at 350° F until boils up and browns slightly (30-45 minutes).
