Instant Corn and Broccoli Casserole Recipe
This instant corn and broccoli casserole recipe is so named because microwaving the vegetable greatly decreases the preparation time. You can use frozen, fresh florets, or whole chopped broccoli.

INGREDIENTS
1 can (10 3/4 Oz.) Condensed Corn Soup
1/2 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1/4 cup Milk
2 cups chopped Broccoli
salt and pepper to taste
PREPARATION
Combine soup, cheese, and milk in a medium saucepan and turn heat on medium. Cover broccoli in a large microwave safe bowl with 1 inch of water. Zap it on high for 3 minutes, drain, and place in large serving dish. Continue to heat soup mixture until it begins to bubble, stirring frequently. Pour over cooked broccoli, dash with salt and pepper, serve.
